Nika Gardner graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in December 2023 with her Juris Doctor (J.D.).
Nicole Grossman (’21MA) moved to Florida to work for the Walt Disney Company. She lives five minutes from the Walt Disney World Resort. After her time at Disney, fellow Marist alum and good friend Brittany O’Reilly ’20 helped her land a job at Assembly Global, where she works in media planning and Brittany works in media buying.
Brooke Higgins is engaged to her fellow classmate Kyle Gabriel ’20.
Amanda Nesheiwat welcomed baby boy, Ethan, on June 29, 2023. She and her husband, Ramsey, love walking around campus with their daughter Evelyn and son Ethan. They look forward to taking family holiday photos at the Marist Christmas tree.

Ava Perfito graduated from the University of Southern California with a master’s degree in human resource management in May 2023.

Daniel Degen is working at Meta.
JP McKenzie works on the global markets client integration team at Nomura Securities International Inc. He is a 2023 recipient of Nomura’s Rising Talent Award, recognized for a high level of excellence in client integration, onboarding, and KYC for Nomura’s wholesale business. JP has been promoted to an associate and is responsible for managing an offshore team and facilitating the account opening process with internal teams such as KYC, credit, legal, and tax departments.
Zaina Zindani is working towards her master’s degree in London to be a secondary school teacher.
2022
Sean Hammond was promoted in the New York State Assembly from legislative director to deputy chief of staff and has aided in the passage of critical legislation for Hudson Valley families.
Chloe Kangarlu is attending law school at Albany Law School.
2023
Wyatt Cannon landed his first full-time job with Sodexo after participating in the on-campus Sodexo internship for two years.
